The Grinders Manual and Janda's latest book are probably the best two if you're playing 6-max cash. I think Harringtons 6-max book holds up.

While not a tournament book, this is a classic book that analyzes poker Personally, I look for sites that have a broad readership and an active forum for by the people at Two Plus Two Publishing who put out some of the best poker books.
